FCDC can only be contracted directly through a Defendant’s Attorney to ensure true Confidentiality for the Defendant and to make clear that FCDC does not work in the capacity of an Attorney or Law Firm, but rather, as a Legal Consulting Firm. In addition, our Legal Consultant is currently on Supervised Release, which prevents him from working with felons or suspects. FCDC offers Defense Attorneys a Free Initial Conference to determine if we can be of service for their clients. All inquiries and communications are kept strictly Confidential and Private.
