As a White Collar Defendant in the Federal Criminal Legal System, you most definitely feel out gunned and out matched, having experienced the strength and wrath of the Federal Government. I have been represented by Federal Criminal Law Experts, learning a lot from their extensive experience in the Federal Legal System. I also interviewed a substantial number of white collar defendants and felons (some of them attorneys) during my Federal incarceration to gain their first hand experience and knowledge. This Federal Criminal Law Guide is written with this “inside” knowledge and insight.
